When you get your Super License, choose Arrows Team Racing as they are the fastest team. If you keep beating your Boss' expectations, you should get offered a job at BAR or Stewart within the first half of the first season. By the middle of the second season you could be driving for McLaren.

Unlock EA Game Cards:
No Damage - Don't get any damage in the race.
No Penalties - Don't get any penalties in the race.
Hot Zone - Finish the hot zone in a fast time.
Lap Record - Win the track lap record.

No Pit Stops:
Drive directly through the pit stop without slowing or stopping and
you won't be penalized. Only works in In Multiplayer Mode.

Team recommendations:
If you get a Super License, select Arrows Team Racing.
They are the fastest team.
